Yes. NeuroEpigeneticYoga™ is both a specialized yoga system and a solid foundation. It gives you the principles, teaching skills, and confidence to lead classes in this unique method—and also provides the grounding you need to transition into or integrate with any other yoga style in the future.

Yes. The course is primarily delivered online via live Zoom sessions, with all classes recorded for catch-up. For those who want extra in-person practice, we offer optional hybrid sessions: supervised 3–4 hour practice days or mini-retreats, which can be arranged if a group of 10+ students commit.

Attendance is flexible (70% required), and recordings are always available.

A £300 deposit secures your space (non-refundable). The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours before the start date. Students who pay in full at the time of booking save £500 on tuition.

We understand schedules can be challenging. That’s why all sessions are recorded. You need to attend at least 70% of the training live to meet the certification requirements, and you can use recordings to catch up if you miss a session.

Most trainings focus only on asana and basic theory. This program gives you the 8 Ancient Techniques of Yoga—Mudra, Puja, Mantra, Pranayama, Kriya, Asana, Yoganidra, and Samyama—combined with my NeuroEpigeneticYoga™ Strategy, integrating neuroscience, coaching, and positive psychology. You graduate not just as a yoga teacher, but as a leader with coaching skills.

Yes. Upon successful completion of the course (attendance, assessments, and reflective journal), you’ll be certified by the Vivian Callegaro Yoga Academy – School of NeuroEpigeneticYoga™. Outstanding graduates may also be invited to progress toward assistant or trainer roles.

No. To keep the program simple and focused, we only accept full payments. You can either pay in full upfront (and save £500) or pay your balance 48 hours before the start date.

Yes. Any graduate from Vivian Callegaro Yoga Academy, including trainees, can register with YAP.

Trainees receive 2 hours weekly of free YAP insurance and 1 year of free insurance as qualified teachers.
