During the lockdown Vivian gave me the opportunity to attend her first Online Yoga Teacher Training, and I really enjoyed it. It was a good way to keep my mind and body going during that period while also learning how to support others. I Had a group of friends that where doing yoga with me while I was getting experience and practicing all the teachings from the course. Totally recomend if you wanna become a professional teacher or just for self improvement.
When I first attended Vivian’s yoga class in the gym, I could feel she had this great, positive Ora about her and you feel comfortable and very relaxed in her classes. Since attending her yoga classes during lockdown, it has been a safe place to bring people together, see how we’re coping during covid, to be positive, help to keep fit, encourage each other to stay motivated during these challenging times and practise mindfulness. I would never feel the drive to keep fit during lockdown without Vivian’s classes, she makes you feel welcome, happy to give you health/mindfulness, recipe tips. I always had a great passion for Yoga but I never had time to do the practice. Behold, in the Covid 19 pandemic, time arose and care for the body and mind became more than necessary! It was at this moment that I learned about Vivian’s method which she teaches with a lot of clarity and professionalism.The Yoga practice was extremely beneficial on the physical side because I was a professional bodyboarding athlete and I surf daily for 30 years and I have a lot of wear. With the classes my pains decreased a lot and my flexibility and performance increased! In addition, as I work from home in my office sitting for 6 hours the yoga practice also aligned my posture. And on the mental side it brought more calm and concentration to the daily chores. I highly recommend it !!!
I have taken part in Viv's yoga classes for just over 2 years now. I was lucky enough to experience real life physical classes pre-Covid and they were absolutely amazing. Viv has a natural way of making you feel at ease whilst having fun.
