YAP-PRO-200 Foundation Yoga Teacher Training
Our YAP-PRO-200 Foundation Yoga Teacher Training integrates the 8 pre-classic Yoga techniques (Mudra, Puja, Mantra, Kriya, Pranayama, Asana, Yoganidra, and Samyama) and introduces Vivian’s personal style, Neuroepigeneticyoga™, which combines these fundamental techniques with Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Skills Training.
This empowers teachers to create an environment that helps students overcome stress and improve their quality of life and productivity.
